If you're a beginner, training 2-3 times per week is enough to see progress and help you adjust. You may feel sore at times, so be sure to give yourself recovery days between sessions. As you build strength and stamina, you can gradually increase to 5 days a week to maximise your results. Sign up today!
We offer exciting, challenging, and varied programming designed to keep things fun! The workouts are published in advance, with some days focusing on strength—where we’ll work on lifts like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and occasionally Olympic lifts. Other days, we’ll focus more on cardio and conditioning using rowers and bikes. We also incorporate bodyweight movements like push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups, and some days are a mix of everything. Each session is 60 minutes long and led by certified coaches. We begin with a warm-up to activate the muscles we'll be using in the workout. The coach will then explain the workout, demonstrate the movements, and go over proper form. Throughout the session, the coach will offer guidance and instruction.
